The representatives stayed in the background and didn't push at all. Allowed me to look over the car at my own convenience and completed paperwork efficiently. Very friendly and approachable and provided background information on the car. A very relaxed atmosphere and as I said 'not pushy'.

PW Millar was brilliant from start to finish! They are extremely professional, friendly and willing to help - providing options but without being at all pushy. The transfer of vehicles was done with ease and they notified the DVLA of the transfer, and sorted the road tax, while �? was there. Serviced and spotless, the vehicle was ready to collect on time and, after completing the business side of things and getting a chance to ask some final questions about the car, itself, it was a sincere handshake - and I was ready to go. Honestly, I can't fault them. I would recommend them to anyone!

They were honest polite and could have not been more helpful. No doubt I will use and recommend in the future. I wish I had found them years ago.

I bought a Ford Focus from P W Millar. Ryan the salesman was extremely helpful, he kept me informed by email so I was aware of exactly what was happening. All documents were available when I called to collect the car. It had been cleaned and serviced and all paperwork had been completed.

Recently bought a Transit Custom, found it to be competitively priced. The van had not been in for long so needed a PDI and Valet before handover. I was kept updated by Keith at all times

This Ford dealership is very professional and highly recommended for those looking for peace of mind and / or not experienced in purchasing cars. Car did come stripped down but even after buying things like wheel nut, keys and mats, it was still cheaper even than the car flipper across the road. The only thing is that it's a bit old school in the sense they don't take cards (you have to plan bank transfers), delivery is too expensive etc. - you will need to go to Cardiff to get the car. Overall highly recommended.

Got a 10 month old car at an excellent price. Left a remote deposit which was fully refundable if I did not buy the car.
