Customer service zero, was really excited to be buying a new car but the experience I had was horrible. I reserved the car and waited for it to be prepared, drove for 3 hours to view/buy. The car was not prepared very well and Iâ??d asked for photos of any imperfections. Some were sent to me but not all. When I viewed the car I was made to feel unwelcome because I found marks on the car which I had not been made aware of. The salesman was annoyed to have these pointed out to him. I bought the car, but was quite upset the way I was treated and it was not the enjoyable experience it should have been. The cars maybe cheap, but I do not recommend this garage of youâ??re looking for friendly customers service.

Nice easy car purchase with no issues

Seemed friendly enough but sold me a car with a manufacturers recall on it without telling me. When this was pointed out i was told heâ??d check it and get back to me. Never did. Windscreen wipers needed replacing too which makes me wonder how careful their car checks actually are beyond valeting.

Ryan was great throughout the whole service, understood everything I asked and explained thorougly and very helpful. 100% next time I need a new car going to look here!

Fantastic service from P W Millar. Everything was sorted out in advance and I was on the road within 20 minutes. The car was beautifully prepared and surpassed my expectations ( i had purchased the car remotely and hadn't seen it until the day). I had a 300 mile drive home and the car behaved exactly as it should. It felt like driving a brand new car. All the staff members I encountered were courteous and professional and I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. Thank you for making my experience easy and a pleasure.

Not very good asked for call backs which never came I was always the one to ring back. Van is stinking when I fetched it home previous owners things left in there cup holders all rotten told me they valet it and washed everything told me to wait till Saturday for collection as the seats would still be wet by the looks they wasnâ??t washed at all, missing dust caps. Definitely wouldnâ??t recommend £22,000 not even a air freshener in there ð??¡

It was a pleasure buying off PW Miller, Keith the salesman was not pushy and didnâ??t hard sell the warranty, but did tell us the benefits of it. Very busy when we picked the car up on Saturday, it did have a few dinks but our fault as we didnâ??t ask prior to buying online. My biggest mistake was not stopping when tyre pressure monitor went off as we pulled out of dealership, 30 miles later and I had a very shredded Michelin tyre, Not what you want when having just bought a car, 8 hrs later I finally arrived home! There was a few cars in yard with flat tyres, so be careful. That said this doesn't detract from a great dealer with great staff.

they may be really good to deal with when you're buying a car but don't try and sell them a car they will low ball you to moon. you couldn't find my car online for less than 32 grand they wanted to pay 22 grand/Ford offered me 27 grand BMW offered me 25.500

Millars went out of their way to establish suitable cars for me to assess. They were very helpful, spending a lot of time going through their vehicle list and providing 2 practice drives in the car I was interested in to familiarise me with driving forward in automatic as opposed to manual drive. I would have found reverse useful to practice too.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE â?? THEY SELL ACCIDENT-DAMAGED CARS WITHOUT DISCLOSURE!I put down a deposit on a Hyundai i800 and was told it would be ready in about a week. After repeatedly calling, the car was finally available for collection three weeks later.We traveled nearly four hours only to find the vehicle in terrible shape. The rear bumper was cracked, the side door trim was coming off, and the front bumper had visible gaps from a poor refit. The undertray and wheel arch liner were both broken and held together with cable ties.Although the car was claimed to have been serviced, the manager insisted they hadnâ??t noticed the damaged undertraysâ??something that should have been obvious during any proper service.In the end, we wasted a full day, along with fuel and insurance costs, on a car that had clearly been in an accidentâ??something never mentioned in the listing or by the salesperson, Keith.

Simple process leave you alone to view the vehicle ! Parking on site a bit of a struggle as not enough customer parking especially when they also had a fuel delivery ! My vehicle was cleaned but not as clean as i would have done myself so ended up doing myself after picking it up ! Engine bay absoloutely filthy so will have to pay to get cleaned
